Need more space to holiday? Rancho Studio & Rancho Superior can be combined by a connection door to fulfill all your holiday needs on appr. 130 sqm! You might just think about 2 apartments... We name it Rancho Suite

The enclosed Loggia is the dining area. It can be used year-round. You can open the glass enclosure partially or completely at your discretion.

All H&S vacation apartments have a living area equipped with modern leather couch sets, including a sleeper sofa. As a result, each comfort arrangement (except for the studio), which is designed for two guests, can be expanded by accommodations for two additional guests to a maximum occupancy of 4 or 6.

We recommend the use of sofabeds only for children up to the age of 16. Children are considered guests in conjunction with every reservations, regardless of their ages.

All bedrooms, including our Rancho Studio, are furnished with solid wood queen sized beds (160x200cm) with two separate premium quality Bultex foam mattresses (>20 cm).

Upon request, we will provide special bedding for allergy sufferers for a small service charge. Should you need such bedding, please make specific arrangements during the reservation process.

The tastefully tiled bathrooms all features daylight windows, shower, WC and fan heater as well as two sinks and large mirror areas to provide ample room and light for joint use.

The cabinets beneath the sinks are well stocked with towels of all sizes as well as wash rags. Large towels for pool and beach use as well as a beach bag are also at your disposal.

At H&S all built in kitchens have elegant granite and stainless steel front decorations and are completely equipped. We’re certain you will not miss anything you would have at home! Our kitchens also boast a drinking water filter system (osmosis).

In addition to a dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer/fridge combination and other modern kitchen devices, you will have a washing machine at your disposal – either in the kitchen or in the bathroom.

All apartments feature state-of-the-art technical equipment:

Air conditioning/heating system in all rooms, alarm system, 32" flat screen TV with several UK channels, DVD, CD stereo with USB and high speed Internet connections for your notebook (fee applies).

Last but not least, our apartments are also equipped with modern switch technology: A general switch allows you to control all lights in your apartment just like in a luxury hotel room.

All rates calculated per night. Inclusive: VAT (8%), all incidental fees, ample supply of beddings and linen, towels and beach towels, final cleaning. Airconditioning surcharge: € 3,50 (July, 1 to August, 31)

All H&S holiday homes are located in the upper section of Miraflores facing south or southwest. In addition to relaxing peace and quiet, our apartments have enclosed patios, from which guests enjoy unobstructed ocean views to the Rock of Gibraltar and all the way to the Moroccan coastline.

All traffic movement within the entire property is subject to pedestrian compatible traffic rules (max. speed 30 km/h). Parking for your H&S rental car is available right outside of every apartment. You can walk to the Miraflores beach, Supermarket, Restaurants and Bars in about five minutes.

Every phase of the property has its own secured pool area, which is always just a few steps from your apartment. An overview of the location can be found in the aerial view.
